And the 2013 Addy Awards winners are……

The Jag Agency, Inc. hires a new addition to its staff, Susan Meurlott as a Media Account Executive.  The full service advertising, marketing and public relations firm’s continued client growth and interactive development push have created the need for additional personnel.

Susan Meurlott Jag AgencyMeurlott’s responsibilities will include creating, implementing and monitoring marketing plans and media strategy for the company’s wide range of clients.  She began her career in advertising with Cox Media in Gainesville as a Media Consultant, handling a large base of local and regional accounts.  Her strong and proven background brings over 10 years of expertise and experience to the agency and its clients.

Members Compete at District ADDYs

The Advertising Federation of Gainesville hosted the Annual ADDY Awards Gala, Friday, Feb. 15th at the Best Western Gateway Grand honoring creative excellence in advertising.

Local ADDY Award Winners will represent Gainesville and Ocala at the AAF Fourth District competition in Jacksonville, April 20th.

“ADDY winners will be competing against some of the most creative talent in Florida and the Caribbean,” says Beth Eng, president. “We are proud to represent Gainesville and Ocala with this year’s creative.”

The ADDY Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting more than 50,000 entries every year in local ADDY competitions across the United States.  The Gainesville ADDY Competition awarded both Professionals and Students in various categories of advertising and creative.
